This is to inform the general public and the members of The Theosophical Society, Civil Station Lodge Bangalore, that the illegal and alleged Election called for, to elect the alleged Office Bearers to The Theosophical Society, Civil Station Lodge Bangalore, by the General Secretary, Indian Section of the Theosophical Society on 25th June 2006 at 11.00 A.M., at the Premises of the Karnataka Theosophical Federation, No. 90, Sri. Krishnarajendra Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore-04 is questioned by The Theosophical Society, Civil Station Lodge in O.S. No.5148/2006 on the file of the Hon`ble VIIth Additional City Civil Judge, Bangalore.
 

The Hon`ble Court was pleased to pass an ad-interim ex-parte order of injuction in the said suit by the Order dated 23rd June 2006, on the ground that the election to Office Bearers been held on 14th May2006.
 

The operative portion of the aforesaid order made in the said suit is as follows:

“The defendants 1 to 4 are hereby restrained by ad-interim ex-parte injuction from holding plaintiffs` Election, till next date”.
 

Accordingly, the Defendants 1 to 4 in the said suit namely (1) The Theosophical Society, Indian Section, Varanasi, (2) Sri. S. Sundaram, General Secretary of the Indian section, Varanasi (3) Lt.Col.T. Dorairaman and (4) Prof. CA. Shinde are hereby informed that they have been restrained from holding election to elect Office Bearers of The Theosophical Society, Civil Station Lodge, Bangalore on 25th June 2006, in view of Order of the Court, dated 23rd June 2006, passed in O.S. No.5148/2006.
