Notice is hereby given to the public at large that there is an existing sale agreement in respect of IIIRD Floor, measuring 1423.46 Sq.meters equal to 15322.07 Sq.feet, in the office complex of Ambi Mall at Ambience Island, Village Nathupur, N.H. 8., Gurgaon (Haryana) in favour of M/s. Anjanee Estates Pvt. Ltd. And a civil suit No. 301 of 2006 titled as M/s. Anjanee Estates Pvt. Ltd. V/s M/s. Ambience Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. Is pending in the Court of Sh. Krishan Kumar, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Gurgaon and the Hon’ble Court has passed an injunction order dated 09.04.2007 against the defendant M/s. Ambience Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, by which they have been restrained from alienating this property in favor of any other person except M/s. Anjanee Estate Pvt. Ltd. As such any person should not enter into any deal with respect to this property in any manner whatsoever and if anybody shall do so, it will be entirely at his risk, cost, consequences & responsibility.
