The Reverend Father Superior Saint Joseph`s Monastery of the Discalced Carmelite Fathers of the Malabar Semi-Province of the First Order of our Lady of Mount Carmel in India, (the land owner fro short) functioning under the control and supervision of the Father Provincial, Malabar Province O.C.D, Mount Carmel, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum, has represented to be the owner in possession of the land described in the schedule below. It is further represented that there are no claims, acquisition proceedings, court revenue litigations, prior agreements or transaction with respect to the said lands and they have agreed to sell the same to our client who, are desirous of purchasing the same subject to clear and marketable title being made out free from all encumbrances.
Any person having any right, interest or claim in the schedule property or otherwise objecting to the proposed transaction may do so in writing with documentary proof to the undersigned within 10 days of this publication failing which my client will proceed to purchase the schedule property whereafter no further claim will be entertained or the same will be deemed to have been waived.

1. Residentially converted land admeasuring 27 Acres 15 Guntas in Sy.No.98 of Gunjur Village, Varthur Hobli, Carmelram Post, Bangalore South Taluk and bounded as follows:-
East by: Land in Sy.No.97 of Gunjar Village,
West by: Land in Sy.No.99 of Gunjar Village,
North by: Land in Sy.No.95 of Gunjar Village,
South by: Land in Sy.Nos.131 & 13 of Doddakanneli and 61 ft wide passage in Sy.No. 39/1 of Chikkabellandur (Item No.2 below) and thereafter road leading to Gunjar/Varthur.
2. All that piece and parcel of the land measuring 28.84 Guntas in Sy.No. 39/1 of Chikkabellandur Village, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, being a passage admeasuring 61 ft x 711 ft and providing access, ingress and egress to Item No.1 above from the road leading to Gunjar/Varthur.
