It is hereby published for the information of those concerned that the KARNATAKA INDUSTRIAL AREAS DEVELOPMENT BOARD, Mysore, has proposed for acquisition of lands in the following Survey Nos of Hulimavu Village in Chikkaiahnachatra Hobli in Nanjangud Taluk, Mysore District, in favour of M/s. SKOL Breweries Ltd., for the purposes of their project. The preliminary Notification Under Section 28(1) in this behalf issued vide Notification No. CI/591/SPQ/2009, Bangalore dated 23.01.2010 and the same has already been published in the Karnataka Gazette dated 28.01.2010 in Part III, Page No. 493 to 496

All the persons who are interested in the land specified above shall file their objection statements to undersigned within 30 days of publication of this public notice.

Notice to that effect is hereby given to all whom it may concern in accordance with the provisions of Section 28(2) of KIAD Act. Any person having interest in these lands may also prefer their objection with relevant revenue records to prove their title over the land within the enquiry date 17.03.2010 on or before from the date of publication of this notice. Any contracts for the disposal of the said lands by Sale Mortgage, Assignment, Exchange or otherwise or any layout of improvements made therein without prior permission of the competent authority, after the date of publication of this notification under the provisions of KIAD Act 1966 will be disregarded while assessing compensation for such parts of the said lands as may be finally acquired.

The map of the area comprised therein and the notification specifying the lands which is proposed to be acquired may be seen in the office of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, KIADB, Mysore, during the office hours on all working days enquiry is fixed on 17.03.2010 in respect of Hulimavu Village at 11.00 AM interested persons are hereby requested to be present with relevant documents.
