Siddartha Sethiya s/o Gouthamchand Sethiya, r/at No.192, Strehans Road, Pattalam, Chennai-600 012, we issue this public notice informing the general public that our client is interested to purchase the land bearing Sy.No. 331/A, measuring 01 acre 15 guntas, situated at Marsur Village, Kasaba Hobli, Anekal Taluk, which is described in the schedule hereunder, belong to Sri. Maddurappa s/o Thimmarayappa, from the said Maddurappa and his family members through their general power of attorney holder Sri. Chandu s/o Late Sujaram. If any interested persons are there in respect of the schedule land are hereby called upon to contact us within 7 days from today and to submit the documents of any. In the event, if our client did not receive any claims or objections from general public, he will proceed to purchase the schedule property. This is for kind information of the general public and the claims and objections that would be received beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
