This is to inform the general public that my client Sri. R.Lokesh, s/o C.D. Rangappa, aged about 60 years, resident of J.P.Nagar, Bangalore-78, was the absolute owner of the land bearing Sy.No. 92/2 of Rachenahalli Village, K,R.Puram Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk (Now East Taluk), measuring an extent of 6 acres 32 guntas. After obtaining conversion order and after forming private layout and after the sale of the entire sites so formed, in the aforesaid land, an extent of 2 acres 28 guntas has been sold in favour of Civil Aviation and Meteorological Department Employees Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd, Bangalore and the remaining sites have also been sold in favour of individuals. However, thereafter the entire extent of the aforesaid land has been acquired by the Bangalore development Authority, for formation of Arkavathy Layout. Thereafter, the aforesaid society has got denotified its 2 acres 28 guntas of land from the BDA, vide Karnataka Gazette Notification bearing No. UDD/266/MNX/2005, Bangalore, dated 16.01.2006. My client has no objection for the other buyers to get their portions either denotified or compensation received. The other buyers are demanded not to harass or coerce the said Civil Aviation and Meteorological Department Employees Co-Operative House Building Society Ltd, Bangalore in any manner. I have already surrendered all the documents of title and other documents to the Bangalore Development Authority in respect of the remaining extent of land measuring 4 acres 4 guntas odd.
