This is to inform the general public that under a deed of cancellation / revocation dated 4-3-2010 our client Mr. D.R. Sudheer, aged about 57 years, s/o Late Mr. D.L. Rangappa, resident of House No.1, Ward No. 19, Street No.8, Kenchenalli, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore-98, has cancelled/ revoked the power of attorney executed by him during the year 1999 in favour of Mr. B.M. Anand, aged about 51 years, s/o Late Mr. B.M. Eshwarappa, r/at “Anusha”, 6th Cross, M.J.Nagar, Hospet-583 201, appointing him to act on behalf of our client as an agent to manage and look after our clients affairs in respect of our clients retail business of liquors under the name and style of M/s. Srinivasa Wines (new Name M/s. Balaji Wines), Kanahosahalli, Kudligi taluk. Hence, the said attorney holder shall have no right from 04-03-2010 onwards to deal, manage and/or to attend to the all or any of the affairs related to the said firm M/s. Srinivas Wines (new Name M/s. Balaji Wines). Therefore, the general publics, financial institutions, firms, bodies, boards and all other organizations are hereby intimated and called upon not to deal or enter into any terms of agreement, commitments or dealings with the said attorney holder in relation to the aforesaid firm. If anyone doing so, the same shall be at their own cost and risk and our client will not be held responsible for any of the consequences arising out os such dealings.
