From Mrs. D. Anitha Reddy, w/o Mr. D. Dinesh Kumar Reddy, The seller represents that she has lost/misplaced all the original documents including original sale deed dated 10.12.1999, vide Doc. No. 6805/99-2000, registered before sub-registrar, Bangalore South Taluk, and same has not been mortgaged/pledged as collateral security and it is not in a position to trace the said original documents. Persons in possession of the aforesaid document may return the same to us or any one having any claim over the said property or any other claims may lodge their objections in writing within 7 days from this day to the undersigned.
